Bringing the party to you, we have two beautifully renovated vintage caravan bars or rustic pop up bars available to hire for any special occasion.

Weddings, festivals, intimate garden parties, corporate events and many more. We can dress the bars to any theme or colour scheme that you wish and can tailor bespoke packages to suit your needs. We pride ourselves on striving to give you the best bar experience we can to ensure you can relax and celebrate in style.

What we're all about

Located in Sudbury Suffolk, we at Bar Rumba Events can travel to locations throughout Suffolk and Essex to bring you a great looking bar and some delightful drinks.

With our carefully selected local beers and array of tempting spirits we can guarantee you enjoy every sip. If you need extra touches to make your event more memorable we can also source flowers, balloons and DJ’s.

We endeavour to be as environmentally friendly as possible and will always use sustainable products as much as we can. We have a Lindr draft system which allows us to serve lager or cocktails on tap! We can accept both card and cash, however card machine payments are dependant upon an adequate internet connection.

Our bar options

- The Traditional Cash Bar -

We provide all required elements including licences, insurance, staff, drinks, ice, mixers and environmentally friendly plastic glasses. Your date can be reserved with a £200 booking fee.

- The Token Bar -

We provide all required elements including licences, insurance, staff, drinks, ice, mixers and environmentally friendly plastic glasses. We provide bespoke tokens which cost £5 each these can be given to your guests, they make perfect wedding favours for your guests or little gifts for your bridal party. Each token equates to one drink and you can buy as many as you would like. Once guests tokens are redeemed, we revert to a cash bar. Your date can be reserved with a booking fee of £200.

- The Bespoke Bar -

We provide all required elements including licences, insurance, staff, drinks, ice, mixers and environmentally friendly plastic glasses. You tell us what you would like and we can tailor a package to you. We can even turn the bar into an exclusive Pimms, Gin, Beer or Prosecco Bar. Your date can be reserved with a booking fee of £200.

- Venue Direct -

We come to the venue of your choice and service the existing bar already in place.. We can tailor any of our packages to adapt to working in a venue.

Your date can be reserved with a £200 booking fee.

- Lindr Add on -

If you want to make your event extra special then why not look in to adding our Lindr machine to an existing package? This will enable your guests to enjoy a chilled pint of draught beer of your choice.

- Welcome Drinks & Toasting Drinks -

Welcome drinks and/or toasting drinks can be added to your package. These can be made up of anything that you choose.

Pimms and Elderflower Fizz on arrival.

Prosecco to toast.

£10.00 per person.

*PACKAGE 2

Bottled beer, Prosecco or mimosa and Elderflower Fizz or Rose Lemonade on arrival.

Prosecco to toast.

£11.00 per person.

*PACKAGE 3

Cocktail and mocktail on arrival.

Prosecco to toast.

£13.00 per person.

*Shots are available as an extra, add them on to your welcome drinks or post toast for £2 per person.
