Bar Rumba Events

- The Traditional Cash Bar - 

We provide all required elements including licences, insurance, staff, drinks, ice, mixers and environmentally friendly plastic glasses. Your date can be reserved with a £150 booking fee. ​

- The Token Bar - 

We provide all required elements including licences, insurance, staff, drinks, ice, mixers  and environmentally friendly plastic glasses.  We provide bespoke tokens which cost £5 each these can be given to your guests, they make perfect wedding favours for your guests or little gifts for your bridal party. Each token equates to one drink and you can buy as many as you would like. Once guests tokens are redeemed, we revert to a cash bar. Your date can be reserved with a booking fee of £150.

- The Bespoke Bar - 

We provide all required elements including licences, insurance, staff, drinks, ice, mixers  and environmentally friendly plastic glasses. You tell us what you would like and we can tailor a package to you. We can even turn the bar into an exclusive Pimms, Gin, Beer or Prosecco Bar. Your date can be reserved with a booking fee of £150. ​

- The Dry Bar - 

We provide licences, insurances, ice, garnishes, eco plastic glasses (real glassware is available for indoors events) . We turn up with an empty bar and you provide all the goodies to fill it! This package starts at £1500, this is inclusive of up to 3 members of experienced, friendly and well presented staff. Your date can be reserved with a booking fee of £150.

- The Mini Bar -

Whether you require a bell tent and pop up bar to use yourself as an 'at home' bar, or our Lindr to have draught beer on tap get in touch. Stand alone Lindr hire with a keg of lager (up to 88 pints) is available as a package starting at £300 depending on your location. We come and set everything up for your to enjoy your event and then return after to remove everything.  

Your date can be reserved with a £150 booking fee.

- The All Inclusive Bar -

We provide all required elements including licences, insurance, staff, drinks, ice, mixers and environmentally friendly plastic glasses. You pay £45 per head up front and everything is taken care of on the night for you and your guests. This is for a minimum of 50 guests per event and works out at £9 per person per hour for the standard  serving time of 5 hours - normally 7-12 pm. Your date can be reserved with a £150 booking fee.

- Venue Direct - 

We come to the venue of your choice and service the existing bar already in place.. We can tailor any of our packages to adapt to working in a venue.

-  Lindr Add on - 

If you want to make your event extra special then why not look in to adding our Lindr machine to an existing package? This will enable your guests to enjoy a chilled pint of draught beer of your choice. This is available for a surcharge of £300 a keg, or if you are providing the alcohol, a set up fee of £25.

- Welcome drinks & toasting drinks -

Welcome drinks and/or toasting drinks can be added to your package. These can be made up of anything that you choose. Popular options are as follows with NEW prices:

*PACKAGE 1 - Pimms and Elderflower Fizz on arrival.

£7.50 per person.

*PACKAGE 2 - Bottled beer, Prosecco or mimosa and Elderflower Fizz or Rose Lemonade on arrival.

£8.50 per person.

*PACKAGE 3 - Cocktail and mocktail on arrival.

£8.50 per person.

*Shots are available as an extra, add them on to your welcome drinks or post toast for £2 per person.​

If real glassware is desired this can be hired for an additional cost depending on the event (unless we are working directly from a bar at a venue in which case it is inclusive in cost)
